Quick-Turn Prototyping

Not all shops can support Quick-Turn assembly.

Even fewer can do it well.

At Tracer, Inc., we redefine what it means to combine speed with precision through our specialized quick-turn prototyping services. Designed to meet the critical demands of dynamic sectors such as aerospace, defense, and energy, our process is crafted to deliver swift results while upholding the highest quality standards. We employ state-of-the-art technology and optimize every step of our workflow to ensure that our clients not only meet their tight timelines but do so without any compromise on the intricacies and reliability of their prototypes.

Leveraging innovative tools and techniques, we manage to cut down the usual lengthy prototyping cycles, enabling faster iteration and quicker time-to-market for new products. This capability is crucial in industries where the window to transition from concept to market-ready product is narrow, and the cost of delay is high. Our dedication to maintaining quality at every stage ensures that each prototype not only meets but often exceeds the rigorous standards expected by our clients.

At Tracer, your urgent needs are our top priority, and our quick-turn prototyping service is a testament to our ability to tackle complex challenges with agility and precision. We don’t just build prototypes; we build them faster, with a meticulous attention to detail that your projects demand. This commitment has established Tracer as a leader in the prototyping industry, where speed, accuracy, and exceptional customer service are not just promised—they are guaranteed.

Tracer's quote process begins with the client submitting their RFQ package. Upon receiving the package, Tracer will perform a documentation package completeness check, BOM data scrub, design rules check, and a design for manufacturability review. Next, Tracer will estimate component pricing, component availability, perform a lead time check, check for obsolete or invalid parts, and provide alternate suggestions if necessary. Next, Tracer conducts a labor analysis, estimates throughput optimization, takes special processing considerations, and estimates scheduling. Tracer then conducts a comprehensive sales review, including pricing, lead time, technology, and sales strategy estimates. Finally, the customer receives their quote.
